a good day in many ways
Jan and I biked today up the East Sandy Creek Trail to Van from the Rockland Rd parking lot. 10 miles in all and a beautiful day - perfect temps and sunny. We were in the shade under trees most the time. Afterwards we had lunch at Valley Dairy. I had my favorite - the country fried fish dinner.
